Brisket’s Good… and Good for You?
Praise Whomever you are inclined to praise for Stephen Smith and his fellow researchers at Texas A&M University , who discovered that brisket… yes, that delicious slab of meaty goodness with the juicy perimeter of fat that works so well on the barbie… is better for you than most other cuts of beef!
"But, brisket is so juicy and delicious and moist (euphemism for "fatty")," you say…
Well, it turns out it has a higher proportion of GOOD fat than any other cut on the cow. Significantly higher, so stick that in your pit and smoke it!
This bodes very well for the post-fitness-testing Health-B-Q!
