Fitness testing coming up! 5/31/08
Ok Peeps, the first ever all viewer fitness test is going to happen this weekend! I am shooting for Saturday afternoon. Anyone local who wants to get together to do these with Smurf and I, well contact us and let us know you want to come by.
I warn you, this is a workout in itself. I’ll post the test so we can all post our results!
(You will need measuring tape, a pull up bar, a floor, a wall, a stop watch and heart rate monitor [optional]) We will also be busting out the calipers to do body fat checks!

Ok. A Saturday afternoon event it has become!
I’ll wrangle Aaron to do it too. My predictions: I can do zero push ups, zero pull ups, but if there were a rope climb I could kick some butt!
