Wall Squats      
       
Bicep Curls      
       
In & outs      
       
Heart Rate      
right after Jacks      
1 min      
2 min      
3 min      
4 min      
       
Weight      
Body Fat      
Chest      
Waist      
Hips

    wow- this test does not bode well for my current athletic skill set. Is there a mile run?

    Nope. No running. :) You can run a mile if you like. :)
