Last 2 weeks of the month to meet your June goals

OK peeps, I know there are some of you out there who are getting ready for the July weigh-ins. You officially have 2 weeks to tear it up and make your goals. The 4th of July weekend is coming, and we need to get everyones measurements in before we all begin to pig out on the Fourth of July.

If you need to, now is the time to get a little more extreme. Add that extra half mile to that run, grab a higher resistance band or a heavier weight, try to squeeze out 1 more rep. We all are working at taking it to the next level, so get your head on straight, focus, and make this a great week. Then, make next week better.

For me, I need to get ready for 2 hell days, as I am going to the Sambo Seminar on the 5th and 6th of July. This will be brutal, and I need to be prepared. We all have our goals, my goal is to be in good enough shape to come out of the seminar in one piece!

    I met a surfer last night, who was around my age. His abs were hard as a rock quarry because of the cardio from surfing. Cardio is the one ingredient missing from my recipe for fitness. Not to mention, I hate cardio! My measurements might be similar to that of the last fitness test. ;-)

    I will be out this round of testing. I was pretty much sick for the entire month of June. No fun. Hope to get my health back on track FIRST, then apply my June goals to July.
