Here is a product you need to know about. These were introduced to the FitLifeSF compound a few weeks back, when Rob went to the Argus for Saturday afternoon drinks and found that you get a free pancake with every drink. “A free pancake with every drink?! In a bar setting?! How is that possible,” you ask. Enter BATTER BLASTER ORGANIC PANCAKES.

They look like whipped cream cans, but are full of organic pancake batter- made with organic cane sugar, not HFCS and all that jazz. I blast mine into the pan a few hours before a run and add some wheat germ and flax seed and then wrap a banana in pancake and dunk in sugar free syrup (sugar free only because of the assy slim-down program.) Maybe a little PB if I’m feelin’ the nut love. AWESOME! Totally easy. Thank the Good Lord for someone inventing a way to have pancakes any time you want some!

Rob prefers his pancakes shaped like a heart and served with butter and 100% pure maple syrup , but you could also make other fun shapes, like boobies and penises for bachelorette parties, or yarmulkes for bar mitzvahs!

(We got ours at Costco, but I think their website says they are only sold at hoity-toity health food stores.)
