I have to say that this week Sambo work out was rough.  Maybe it was my early rise to go find Smurf at the 1/2 Marathon she ran.  Maybe I was still kicked from Back and Legs on Friday.  Maybe I am just a wimp.  Who knows. 

What I do know is that it took nearly 2 hrs for my legs and hips to finally loosen up, and then rolling with Ben and Rob took the rest of the energy I had left.  Though my endurance was way better than last week, I was thrashed after working out for 2.5 hrs.  Age be damned, I should be able to keep competing, and I will!  That is why I do this, to feel young, alive constantly sore. :)

Speaking of sore, tomorrow is the beginning of week 2 of cycle 4.  More chest and back!  Oh my!
