Tis the season and all that jazz. Well, it has almost been a year to the day from when I took my 1st P90X pics, and I thought I would share them with everyone. (Sure, a bit creepy, but how else can you show change.)
So, this is me after 1 year of the P90X, P90X+, and a few other stylized work outs. (NO Changes in eating habits!)


Truth be told, I have mixed feelings about the images. I see definite improvement, and I am in better shape. (Lower fat, more muscle, way more fit) I also see a lot of things that I need to work on. I think the most important thing about the message these pics convey is that you can be fit, and still live well. Not that I partied balls all year, but I ate very well, I drank, I stayed out late, and I had a great time doing it. All this and physical improvement. Hard to have a complaint.
So, I proved that the older I get the more fit I can become. I have proved that you can still enjoy life and see improvements when you commit to working out. (I am happy to dedicate 1.5 hrs a day to working out in my own home) All in all, a lot of success. BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED!
I need to add a new diet to my life. I knew this months back, and a month ago I said I would start. It has been a month, and I still have not really done anything about the diet. So, my New Years resolution is to really eat on a 2800 calorie a day meal plan. 3 meals, 2-3 snacks a day, I know I can do it. And when I do… Oh My. With the result I have seen this year, next year should be astounding. (Maybe I am a little big headed, but I know it will be great!)
All I have to do is get through the Holidays!

These pics are great, babe! I can really see a difference. (Your belly button is an oval!) We should do all the measurements and calipers and everything again.
