Heather found this great article about Kettle Bell Work outs! I love them myself, but they don’t come cheap. If anyone has a good line on inexpensive Kettle Bells I am in the market! Sometimes you can find them at Play It Again Sports and the like.

They give such a great workout, if you have never used them, they will blow your mind. (And make you feel weak)
