Ok. Today I did the Beach Body Insanity Fitness Test Routine. OH MY GOD!
Day 1:
Switch Kicks: 100
Power Jacks: 43
Fast Knee’s: 90
Power Jumps: 25
Globe Jumps: 7
Suicide Jumps: 13
Push up Jacks: 30
Plank Knees’s: 50
That was brutal!
