Day 5 Insanity. Pure Cardio.

YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME! This was SICK! When I finished, I found myself chanting over and over, “That’s not right. No. That’s not right.”

Why?

Well because after the 10 minutes sick warm up and a nice stretch, there comes 15 minutes of brutality. Be afraid, be very afraid!

What a work out. Oh MY!
