OK peoples… We are back!

Well, after not really doing much over the last few weeks, Smurf and I are back in the saddle.  I have been riddled with distractions; the cruise, 5 weeks of a pulled back, work, the Renaissance Martial Arts Seminar.  Now I am ready to go.  The boozing will be at a minimum, the healthy eating is a major focus again, AND I have my first 3 weeks of workouts all planned.  (I started yesterday)

The plan: 

  • Monday – Tony Horton One on One’s : Thirty Fifteen (Sick Upper Body Workout) Then 1/2 of Core Ball Sandwich (Evil Core workout)
  • Tuesday – Insanity: Max Interval Plyo (Sick Cardio/Plyo workout)
  • Wednesday – Tony Horton One on One’s : Pure Arms (Insane Arm Work Out) then 1/2 of Core Ball Sandwich (Evil Core workout)
  • Thursday – Tony Horton One on One’s : HMB Yoga (Give Stretching a chance!) and then SAMBO
  • Friday – Tony Horton One on One’s : Belly and Buns (I dare you) [Yep, that is the name]
  • Saturday – Inanity: Pure Cardio (The name says it all)
  • Sunday – SAMBO

Then Monday, the cycle starts anew.  I’ll be rocking these workouts for the next 3 weeks, then I will spend a week focusing on Core and Recovery.  After that, there will be a new 3 week cycle.

Ready. Set. Ripped!

  1. I think it’s endearing that you are planning a workout with the word “buns” in the title. This makes you a real man for sure!
