Today’s tip:

Pace yourself.

Yesterday included too much.

30 minutes of Yoga
15 minutes of Core Excercises
90 minutes of Combat Cross Training (Combat circuit, plyo, tumbling, etc)

A significant need to sleep.

Eeep. But, I feel pretty good. The body is getting tight again!
