That is the question I pose to all you guys. How are you doing 3 weeks in? I hope you have not started to slip into bad habits.
Me, I have been kicking into high gear. (Added 3 days of SAMBO on top of my Insanity workouts)
Tuesday 1/19/10 I finished my start of week 3 Fit Test.
Some improvement, some drop. This test kicked my butt, I KILLED it on the Power Jumps, and seemed to thrash myself in the process. I’ll be better on week 5′s test. [I think I have to get my eating dialed in, as I am probably not getting enough calories. Time to be like Smurf, and track my food..]
Well people, how have you been doing? Are any of you testing yourself? Tracking weight? Updating measuements? Putting on old clothes and finding them too big? Well?
