How’s your New Year resolution going?

That is the question I pose to all you guys.  How are you doing 3 weeks in?  I hope you have not started to slip into bad habits. 

Me, I have been kicking into high gear.  (Added 3 days of SAMBO on top of my Insanity workouts) 

Tuesday 1/19/10 I finished my start of week 3 Fit Test.

  • Switch Kicks: 120                 (Last time: 117)    (First test: 88)
  • Power Jacks: 53                    (Last time: 50)      (First test: 49)     
  • Power Knees: 102                (Last time: 95)       (First test: 80)
  • Power Jumps: 41                  (Last time: 25)      (First test: 21)
  • Globe Jumps: 9                     (Last time: 8)         (First test: 6)
  • Suicide Jumps: 14               (Last time: 14)       (First test: 11)
  • Push-Up Jacks: 30              (Last time: 36)      (First test: 32)
  • Low Plank Obliques: 60    (Last time:77)       (First test: 48)
  • Some improvement, some drop.  This test kicked my butt, I KILLED it on the Power Jumps, and seemed to thrash myself in the process.  I’ll be better on week 5′s test.  [I think I have to get my eating dialed in, as I am probably not getting enough calories.  Time to be like Smurf, and track my food..]

    Well people, how have you been doing?  Are any of you testing yourself?  Tracking weight?  Updating measuements?  Putting on old clothes and finding them too big?  Well?
