Im going to do P90X but I dont know what plan would be the best for me. im 5’2 and weigh 125 lbs and I want to lose about 15 lbs. I got big fatty arms but tiny legs and some belly fat and I really want to have nice looking arms. Please help.

If you are doing P90X, you should start the “Lean” program first. And be sure to be a stickler on the diet plan. Write down everything you are eating and keep yourself accountable. Keeping your daily food logged is the best way to make sure you are not eating too much or too little. As well as making sure you have the proper ratio of carbs/protein/fat.
